Abstract
In the article, the author highlights the processes of the European integration component of Ukrainian education and science, which meet the strategic goals of the state and society with its desire to create a single economic, political and value space in the new Europe. The analysis of scientific research on this topic is carried out. Analysis of the obstacles that arise during the transition to the modern Ukrainian in professional education at European standards, priority directions of its development and the key factors that influence the global educational space among them: internationalization, which covers the curriculum, teaching and learning, research, institutional agreements, mobility of teachers and students, various forms of cooperation in education and science. The purpose of the article is to identify the leading trends in professional training of professional education specialists in the context of the development of modern European education in Ukraine. The author of this article also studies the issues of forming the EU policy in the field of professional education and determining ways to modernize it in Ukraine in accordance with European standards. The article deals with the issues of forming the EU policy in the field of professional education regulation. The main factors that determine the EU education standards are identified. The problems of professional education in Ukraine and areas of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the direction of reforming the national system of professional training are identified. The article highlights the formation of the EU policy in the field of regulation of professional education development, characterized by a number of outstanding stages that introduced the key principles and mechanisms for managing this area. Analyzed the Lisbon resolution, the Report of the European Commission «on specific future challenges for the education and training system in Europe», the Copenhagen Declaration of the European Commission and the Ministers of education of European countries with Development of cooperation in the field of vocational education and training in Europe, creation of the European preferential framework for quality assurance of vocational education (EQAVET), the Turin process (initiated by the European education Foundation)
