Abstract
The article considers and highlights various ways of formation of professional competence of future vocational training teachers in the process of vocational training. The analysis ofscientific research, past and present times. It is determined that in recent years in Ukraine intensified research on the formation of professional competence of future teachers in education. More and more teachers-researchers and teachers-practitioners are turning to the ideas of the competence approach as one of the leading directions of improving the national education system. The competence approach in the education system is the subject of scientific research. Competence is a property of man, which is a product of your own giftware activity initiated by the process of education, also is a private experience, acquired with the support of the teacher, it can exist in various forms: as a high level of skill; as a way of personal self (a habit, way of life, passion); as a result, the self-development of the individual, as a form of manifestation of individual abilities. It is determined that the need to introduce a competence-based approach to education in Ukraine is predetermined by the focus of vocational training on successful employment of the graduate and its stimulation to acquire and constantly deepen the necessary competencies. When considering the problem of vocational training in the conditions of modernization of education, the concept of «professional competence» is used, the definition of which unites three groups – related to activity, related to personality and related to knowledge, skills and abilities. From the review of research it is clear that competence is a way of existence of knowledge, skills, education, contributing to personal self-realization, finding a person’s place in the world. The expediency of using professional competence in the process of vocational training is justified. Since personal readiness and professional competence are interrelated, the analysis of the main conditions for the formation of professional competence of the future teacher described in the psychological and pedagogical literature is carried out. Auxiliary, but necessary groups of conditions are allocated: normative, general pedagogical, professional-pedagogical, general social. With the help of competence training, students can master professional and personal knowledge through real relationships with other participants in the educational process
