Анотація
У статті проаналізовано та охарактеризовано змістове наповнення персональних бібліографічних посібників, представлених на вебсайті Вінницької обласної універсальної наукової бібліотеки ім. В. Отамановського (далі ВОУНБ ім. В. Отамановського) в електронній бібліотеці у розділі «Видання бібліотеки» за період з 2008 по 2022 рр. Окреслено переваги створення електронних бібліографічних посібників, які спрямовані на відтворення життя і діяльності видатних українських діячів та є важливим джерелом у системі дослідження особистостей. З’ясовано, що на сучасному етапі пріоритетним напрямом є застосування сучасних інформаційних технологій, з розширенням сервісу, що дасть змогу оперативніше забезпечити інтернет-користувачів повнотекстовими інформаційними ресурсами. Наукова новизна. Вагоме місце в створенні електронної бібліографічної продукції займає підготовка персональної біобібліографії. Вони відображають науковий та творчий доробок установи за певний період, популяризують відомих діячів регіону. Саме тому в останні роки цей напрям діяльності бібліотек привертає значну увагу багатьох дослідників. Висновки. Рекомендовано надалі готувати електронні персональні, біобібліографічні посібники, шляхом пошуку та відбору діячів, які залишили помітний слід в історії розвитку українського суспільства та Вінниччини
