Abstract
The article describes the requirements both to education, in the terms of information civilization formation, and the teachers’ pedagogical excellence in educational institutions at all levels. Attention is focused on the creative and creative model of a new generation teachers and their training system. Professional and pedagogical excellence are presented as a form of manifestation of the creative and creative model of a new generation teachers, but self-realization of a pedagogue – as a mechanism for forming vocational and pedagogical excellence. The development effectiveness of environment in pedagogical educational institutions is analyzed, that connected with problem based teaching as well as using of innovative forms for conducting classes focused on search and research activities, development of creative thinking and creativity to solve the issues. The author focuses on developing students’ skills to conduct non-standard lessons for acquisition of pedagogical excellence and further improve pedagogical self-realization. The pedagogical and scientific component of future pedagogue’s self-realization can improve through pedagogical practice and participation of students in subject Olympiads, writing of scientific works at All-Ukrainian and international contests. It is this that affirms the need in order to extend students’ self-realization using a developing environment at university. The mechanisms of detail work of the developing environment are offered due to the use of information technologies, acquisition of skills of communication, productive, autonomic, psychological and moral competencies
