The article considers the issue of archival services provided by non-governmental archival organizations. In accordance with the purpose of the research, the authors analyzed the problems of legal regulation and the current state of the market of archival outsourcing in Ukraine. Attention is drawn to the fact that the notion of outsourcing archival services is absent in the modern legal and regulatory framework on archival affairs and office work. The current normative documents do not contain specific recommendations for the archival storage of documents for enterprises without archival units. According to the authors, archival outsourcing services can be executed by concluding one of the types of civil law contracts: on the provision of services, on the execution of works (contract), or by a mixed contract. The archival services of special archival companies operating on the territory of Ukraine are analyzed. In particular, the statistical data of the archival services offers are given based on the data of All.biz business portal. The authors suggest subdividing the archival outsourcing services offered in the market of Ukraine into several groups: provision of outsourcing services at the stage of the organization of record management, services for the preparation of documents for archival storage, archival storage services of enterprise documents and electronic archival services. According to the results of the reference data analysis on nongovernmental archival organizations, we singled out three companies that offer legal entities not only a wide range of archival services, but also give coverage to the complete information about their activities and have full-fledged websites: “TAS Ukraine”, “OSG Records Management” and “Ukrainian Archival Company.” As viewed by the authors, the use of outsourcing in the archival affairs has both advantages and disadvantages, and the maximum benefit from outsourcing is possible through a wellestablished system of office work in the organization itself and the correct interaction between the office management service or the institution archive with the organization-outsourcer
