Abstract
The article devoted to the issue of value orientations both in Ukrainian society and in the world. The article aims to reveal the importance of the cultural component as one of the factors of a systematic approach to the formation of a developed society in Ukraine, which is essential for achieving high levels of human and economic development. Show understanding of the mportance of the cultural component in the development of the international community and Ukraine’s participation in global events on this subject. Analyzed using data from the Institute of Sociology of NAS of Ukraine, trust – distrust Ukrainian society to government institutions of the state, but also within society. Show global trends solve such issues. It is concluded that culture and morality underlie the basic values of society and on what are these values depends on the quality of community life
