Abstract

The actual problem of training future specialists in vocational education in the conditions of distance learning with the use of alternative learning technologies and diversification of forms of organization of the educational process by means of information technology is considered. The possibilities of using social networks and the expediency of their use in organizing the individual educational trajectory of future teachers of vocational education are substantiated. The authors reveal the essence of the concepts of «formal», «non-formal», «informal» education. The importance of non-formal education in the use of distance learning in free economic education is theoretically substantiated. The characteristic features of the components of continuing education and the expediency of their use in organizing the individual educational trajectory of the future teacher of vocational training are determined. It is established that non-formal education provides educational services through the use of academies, online courses, social networks. Features of the use of social networks in online learning are described. It is established that the use of social networks in education is an additional opportunity to organize independent work of students in extracurricular activities and their ability to solve complex specialized tasks in future professional activities. It is established that the popularity of social networks gives teachers the opportunity to use them in the educational process in the training of future professionals. The authors substantiate the advantages of organizing the educational process with the use of alternative forms of learning in distance learning to solve educational problems. The pedagogical conditions of teaching with the use of social networks in the educational process in the training of future teachers of vocational training are presented. It was found that in the educational process it is advisable to focus on the use of social networking, which is a non-traditional educational technology, expanding and updating the system of distance education. It is established that it is appropriate to use social networks as a tool of non-formal education in the training of teachers of vocational training to gain new knowledge and practical experience, to motivate and inspire, to expand self-development and self-realization
