The process of entering documents of the National Archive Fund of Ukraine into scientific circulation (access), as is known, has two components: physical access to primary documents and access to information about the primary document and its content. The latter involves obtaining the necessary background information through secondary level documents. Documentary archival information systems should provide intellectual access to information, that is, implement the second component of access to primary information. In the modern conditions of the development of digital technologies, the digitization of all processes of archival affairs and record keeping is the first priority of the work of the State Archives Service of Ukraine. Modern studies of the problems of documentary archival information systems are closely related to the development of the study of the "information society", in particular the "network". Our analysis of the informativeness of the transfer of secondary information of the National Archive Fund of Ukraine on the problems of the history of everyday life of the inhabitants of Kyiv region in the 19th – at the beginning of the 20th centuries. by electronic means and its availability on the official websites of three state archival institutions: the Central State Historical Archive of Ukraine in Kyiv, the State Archive of the Kyiv Region, and the State Archive of the City of Kyiv, he testified that the websites of these archival institutions provide researchers with accessible and fairly complete secondary information on the researched by us problems At the same time, currently primary documents of the National Archive Fund of Ukraine, unfortunately, are not yet presented by electronic means and it is necessary to work with them directly in the archival institution itself
