Abstract
The article substantiates the theoretical foundations of the development of pedagogical technology, based on the ideas of philosophers, psychologists, sociologists, teachers, who studied the specific components of the pointed concept «technology» and features of improving pedagogical technologies of the pedagogue’s activities. Different approaches of scientists to determine the essence of the concept “pedagogical technology” and its components are analyzed. Found out that the concept of “studying technology concept” has recently taken root in the pedagogical lexicon. The introduction of learning technology in the practice of the education system helps research and teaching staff to organize their work, set clear goals and determine the method of implementation, i.e. to manage the learning process. It is established that technologies of development of creative and communicative abilities, use of reflection, empathy, insight, critical thinking become important tools of pedagogical activity that ensure its success, taking into account that a graduate of a higher education institution must not only have professional competencies but also be ready to self-improvement, continuing education, to have the ability to understand yourself and others, to make decisions in both standard and non-standard situations, to be a professional. Therefore, the implementation of pedagogical technologies focused on the professional and personal development of students, the formation of their skills and abilities of creative and non-standard thinking in educational process in higher education institution acquires special significance. Various stages of development of pedagogical technology are revealed, each is characterized by advantages of this or that direction. The development of pedagogical technologies takes place in a constant dynamics from defining the essence of the concept, clarifying its specific characteristics, tools, structural composition, to developing a classification and establishing new technological sources. Therefore, pedagogical technology occupies an intermediate position between science and practice, as it functions as a scientific approach that explores the most rational ways of studying, and as a system of methods, principles governing the educational process, and as a real educational process
