The comprehensive study was realized with the focus at common factors that determine peculiarities of banking, notarial and procedural documentation development and organization as important components of document and information resources and communication systems. The terminological problem was strongly emphasized. The concept of «special documentation system» was revealed for the first time, indicating its use priority and debatable issue resolution regarding the wording rightness: «systems of special documentation» or «special systems of documentation».
