Abstract
The article deals with the problem of dialogue of cultures on mass media sites of Zhytomyr. It is studied the specifi city of essential terms and special attention was paid to those sites which users have visited the most during 2014. The monitoring of intercultural dialogue on registered mass media sites of the city was made on the basis of study of thematic fi lling of publications, dedicated to ethnic groups and relations between the representatives of different national groups. Information about activity of ethnic groups in 2014 on mass media sites of Zhytomyr shows poorly developed potential of intercultural dialogue by local online mass media. However, the monitoring of information on sites of Zhytomyr in 2014 shows positive dynamics in ethnic groups’ attempt to make a statement about their presence in communicative area of Polissia
